PRODUCTION AREA: Rubicone area in Emilia Romagna region

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Grapes are destemmed before being
transferred to press; then softly pressed with the resulting juice that
gets cleaned via cold static settling.
The clear juice is fermented at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) in a
stainless steel vessel with a selected yeast strain. Wine is aged in inert
tanks with periodical batonnage and partially aged with French oak.
TASTING NOTES: Fresh and elegant wine , it shows notes of ripe
yellow apples and pears, zesty lime, tropical fruit and subtle touch of
French oak perfectly integrated with the varietal expression. On the
palate it offers textural richness with crisp and citrusy acidity.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pairs well with starters, light
first courses, white meats, fish and fresh cheeses
